About Us 

Finding Fairyland began in 2000 as a mobile entertainment company, operating across Australia’s major cities for 17 years. During that time, we were one of the largest mobile children’s party businesses. Although we no longer host mobile parties, we continue to offer entertainment, face painting, and magic shows for corporate and council events.

In 2015, our dream of creating Fairy and the Frog became a reality with the opening of our children’s party venue in Concord. Filled with vibrant treasures, props, nostalgia, and magic, Fairy and the Frog is a unique, private venue designed for children and the young at heart. Hosting your event here removes all the stress—just bring the birthday cake, and we’ll take care of the rest.

We offer a variety of party packages and also host High Tea in Fairyland. Throughout the year, we offer Fairy School during school holidays and other fun workshops for both children and adults on a weekly basis.

Catherine (The Fairy) and Guillaume (The Frog) passionately manage their family business. Our close-knit team of kind-hearted staff work alongside us every weekend to ensure a magical experience for all. Catherine focuses on the children, creating a one-of-a-kind, exciting adventure, especially for the birthday child.

The venue is a colourful, fantasy-filled world designed to captivate children of all ages. Our décor blends themes from Fairyland, The Enchanted Wood, Wonderland, Oz, Disney, Harry Potter, pirates, mermaids, unicorns, dragons, goblins, and more. There’s always something new to discover as we constantly update our collection of lights, treasures, and props. A professionally installed giant balloon arch in the cake room adds to the festive atmosphere, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

We offer a wide range of characters, each dressed in high-quality theatrical costumes. Our performers are true lookalikes, perfectly suited to their roles. We take immense pride in our attention to detail, ensuring that every event leaves children in awe, with lasting memories and keepsakes to treasure.

Catherine holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from Macquarie University and has 25 years of experience hosting children’s parties, with over 7,000 events under her belt, including high-profile corporate and celebrity events.

Guillaume, originally from France, has spent his career in hospitality. His warm and engaging personality ensures that all our guests feel welcome. As our chef, he prepares delicious, beautifully presented food that adds a special touch to every event.
